BMG-Versorgungsstudie: GRACI - Ein integrativer Ansatz für eine hausärztlich koordinierte bedarfsgerechte Versorgung bei postviralen Erkrankungen und ME/CFS zur Verbesserung der Teilhabe

Dr. Jakob Johne is a specialist in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine and a research associate at the Institute and Outpatient Clinic for General Practice, which is part of the Center for Psychosocial Medicine at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). He is involved in both research and direct patient care.

Jakob Johne is part of the research team for the collaborative project “An integrative approach to needs-based, GP-coordinated care for post-viral illnesses and ME/CFS to improve participation (GRACI),”​ which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Health (BMG). The project aims to support needs-based care for patients with post-viral illnesses and ME/CFS, with the goal of improving social and occupational participation.
