Dr Judith Bellmann-Strobl is a specialist in neurology with a medical and scientific focus on the field of neuroimmunology and head of the multidisciplinary university outpatient clinic at the Experimental and Clinical Research Center (ECRC) of the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC) at Charité - University Medicine Berlin in Germany. Dr Bellmann-Strobl has worked as a study coordinator, investigator and principal investigator on more than 50 clinical studies on the therapy and diagnostics of neuroimmunological diseases. Her scientific focus lies on the development of new forms of therapy and strategies for multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum diseases and MOG antibody associated diseases (MOGAD) as well as of diagnostic and prognostic markers in other neuroimmunological diseases such as neurosarcoidosis, ME/CFS and post-COVID syndrome. Dr. Bellmann-Strobl is a principal investigator at the clinical trial platform within the "National Clinical Studies Group ME/CFS and Post-COVID Syndrom (NKSG)". She is also a co-founder of the Post-COVID Network at Charité and is responsible for the scientific management of its educational series for medical professionals.
